The Jersey Call to Service Hyperlocal News Sites Project empowers citizen leaders and enhances community participation by advancing robust and sophisticated reporting of local government news. The NewBrunswickPress.com is now becoming an important source of local news and information for the residents of New Brunswick and the surrounding communities.
The Center for Public Integrity State Accountability Project
The State Accountability Project will report on the systems and institutions designed to promote transparent government in the 50 U.S. states. Utilizing evaluation criteria devised by their partner Global Integrity, the Center will conduct assessments of state-by-state adherence to ethics laws and implementation of best-practice government accountability safeguards. Their partner Public Radio International will release findings from the project through dynamic reporting via social media platforms.
